Moreover, you will have access to see all visit reports (detailed checklist) and control in following up on maintenance requirements.

Biweekly

  • Check Windows, doors and sliding doors
  • Check for any visible mold/mildew signs
  • Check for any visible insects or pest issues
  • Check that A/C unit is operational
  • Check Power is On
  • Water Leaks
  • Everything in the weekly check
  • Check refrigerator is operating
  • Flush toilets
  • Run faucets

Monthly

  • Check and when needed replace A/C filters (filters should be available at property)
  • Open and close garage doors
  • Clear entry debris and sweep entrance
  • Send report to customer along with photos and/or video showing the property (email and/or text depending on preference)
  • Irrigation system check
